Best Dinner Spots in Buenos Aires

Buenos Aires has some amazing dinner restaurants, and some of the best meals I’ve ever had have been in that city. I haven’t spent a whole lot of time there, but here are some of the best places I ate.

I know a lot of these are probably in different neighborhoods and all over the place, but they are great restaurants nonetheless.

Apologies for the lack of photos on this post – I must’ve been too entranced by the food to take more pictures!

Gusto Comida Peruana

A nice quaint Peruvian restaurant with huge portions and very tasty food. I can’t remember what the name of the dish was, but I had a bowl of pesto pasta with a huge slab of grilled chicken on top. Very reasonably priced as well. Come here on an empty stomach!

Il Quotidiano

Delicious restaurant with lots to choose from. I highly recommend any of their pastas, but just about everything on the menu is a good choice. It’s a nice spot for a date night and (from what I remember) it was very reasonably priced.

La Mar cebicheria

A fancy seafood restaurant great for a high-class dinner or a nice night out with friends. I tried octopus here for the first time and it was delicious, as well as everything else we had. Great dining atmosphere, super spacious and inviting interior with great service and friendly staff.

Le Pain Quotidien

I’m pretty sure this is a popular restaurant chain in the city, but it was delicious nonetheless. Lots of different options on the menu and always very tasty. Can’t complain.

I will say, this one didn’t stand out as much as the others on this list, but it’s still a solid choice for dinner.

Nemuri

Some of the tastiest and freshest sushi I’ve ever had. Very reasonably priced, super fresh and overall a fantastic dining experience. It’s a great spot if you’re looking for a nice, quiet, relatively fancy place for a date night or just a tasty dinner.

Pizzeria Guerrin

This is a super popular pizza place in Buenos Aires that every traveler should try at least once. It gives the impression of a NYC pizzeria on the inside, and the pizza is delicious and melts in your mouth.

Togni’s Pizza

This is probably the best pizza I’ve ever had. One bite everybody knows the rules. Great vibes and a great spot to chill and have a bite to eat with friends. I highly recommend the chicken pesto pizza, it blew my mind. It gets pretty busy around dinnertime (rightfully so) so plan accordingly.

There’s also a cafe next door made by the same chef that I’d like to go back and try someday.

Unfortunately I haven’t been able to spend an extended period of time in Buenos Aires, but I was fortunate enough to enjoy these fantastic restaurants that this beautiful city has to offer.

Enjoy Buenos Aires!
